Horizon Santé Travail est un Service de Prévention et de Santé au Travail situé en Ile-de-France. Nos équipes de spécialistes accompagnent les entreprises pour les aider à préserver la santé de leurs salariés.

C’est quoi, un Service de Prévention et de Santé au Travail ?

Ne dites plus « médecine du travail » ! Un Service de Prévention et de Santé au Travail Interentreprises (ou SPSTI) est une association d’employeurs qui mutualise des moyens pour préserver la santé des salariés, dans le cadre de la réglementation en vigueur.

Régie par la loi de 1901, il s’agit d’une association à but non lucratif. Sa gouvernance est assurée par un conseil d’administration et une commission de contrôle, où siègent employeurs et salariés du territoire.

Nos équipes sont composées de 200 collaborateurs aux profils variés. Au sein de 14 centres médicaux répartis en Ile-de-France, ils suivent chaque jour 8 700 entreprises pour préserver la santé de 165 000 salariés.

Des missions qui vont au-delà du suivi de santé

Le suivi de santé des salariés est notre prestation la plus connue par le biais des visites médicales. A travers l’adhésion à un Service de Prévention et de Santé au Travail, les employeurs répondent avant tout à leurs obligations légales. Mais notre rôle va bien plus loin et s’ouvre à tous les versants de la santé au travail.

Notre objectif est d’aider les employeurs à préserver la santé de leurs salariés. Cela passe donc nécessairement par la prévention des risques professionnels, avec de nombreux spécialistes dans nos équipes, et la prévention de la désinsertion professionnelle avec un service entier spécialement dédié à cet enjeu.
